Today’s modern world is stressful, and record proportions of people report feeling anxious. Although we are living longer, our quality of life can be low, even for those of us lucky enough not to be living in war zones or through famines or droughts. If you’re constantly exhausted, juggling many responsibilities, feeling irritable, overwhelmed, or unable to cope, then it’s important to recognise that your quality of life might deserve some attention.
That’s why I created this simple happiness challenge to help you feel more grounded, positive, and reconnected with yourself. I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to launch Thrive in Five, a challenge which starts on 17 November and will take us up to the Christmas break. It’s drawn from the latest science on happiness and wellbeing and I’ve distilled it into the simplest challenge possible.
Each week for 5 weeks you’ll get the chance to try out a new science-backed action. Each one only takes 5 minutes, but of course you can do more if you have the time. You’ll get a weekly email with the science behind the action and a simple ‘To Do’, as well as a summary workbook with beautiful illustrations and motivational quotes and a bonus Q&A live discussion.
Taking steps towards feeling more positive can bring so many benefits for quality of life, so I want to share how it works and what it can do for you.
Find out more and book your spot, for less than the cost of a roll of Christmas wrapping paper and some Sellotape. I look forward to seeing you on the other side.
