Feel better fast!

Building on the courses I’ve been running so far and my experience teaching happiness and wellbeing over the past 15 years, for summer 2025 I’ve launched two new online offerings.

The first is a free download containing five top tips for boosting your mood. These are drawn from the latest science of happiness and wellbeing, and while they might be fairly commonsense ideas, it never does us any harm to hear things repeated (with some nice images!) to help the messages stick. Why not take a quick look and ensure you are doing the essentials to help you feel better?

The second is a short digital resource that gives you five thoroughly-researched and evidence-backed activities, known as positive psychology interventions, that will definitely pump your positivity. We know happiness is like a muscle, and benefits from being worked out regularly. This should take a few weeks to go through – my suggestion, based on years of teaching people these techniques as well as the scientific evidence, is to take one a week and see how it works for you. All the activities are free to do and don’t require any specialist resources.
