Five-week challenge – FREE!

I’ve been trialling various versions of the self-guided online materials I provide. These are all are based on the latest science of happiness and wellbeing and also draw on the golden nuggets from my years of teaching these techniques and ideas to students. You may have spotted my Five Happiness Tips which I posted about earlier this month, and which is still available for free.

Building on this I’ve now released a five-week positivity challenge, Pump Your Positivity, which pulls out the quick wins that will help you feel more positive quickly. Each week there’s a new idea to try – some of them you may have done before, but I’m asking you to try things in a different way, as growth and improvement doesn’t happen without change.
