I’ve spent most of January learning new things related to my business. Thanks so much, YouTube, for providing all kinds of helpful tutorials and thanks also, Reddit, for providing a space where people ask the same silly questions I think of and luckily other helpful people give answers. While I am a bit overwhelmed with adverts for designing courses, running successful solopreneurships, and how to get the best out of every social media platform going (and don’t even start with my inbox!), it’s been an inspiring month.
I also redesigned the website to provide a clear overview of exactly what I’m going to be offering, after having worked out a bit more what exactly that was! There are two lines of activity that I’ll be splitting my time on.
The first is online courses which are aimed at busy professionals juggling multiple responsibilities – the first of these starts on 24 February and is completely free to the first group to sign up. It’s a short four week programme that will help give you a greater sense of perspective on how to balance your many responsibilities and find time to destress and rediscover what makes you tick again. I’m excited to get going with this – do come along if you think you could benefit.
The second is in-person workshops in rural France, which are beginning from April onwards and will be an opportunity for people with a bit more time on their hands to come and meet like-minded people, try new things, and explore all sorts of happiness and wellbeing ideas and practicalities. I’m still putting these together but if this sounds like something you might be interested in, do sign up for more information.
Hope to see you either online or in-person soon!
