Roll up, roll up

Bookings are coming in for my first online positive personal development course, Look Up, which starts on 24 February. It feels a bit like organising a party: I’ve chosen the date and the venue, got the refreshments ready, planned out the games we’re going to play and the music that’s going to feature. So now I’m sending out invitations!

(I’d love to join you all for drinks and nibbles at some point but sadly this one is a virtual course, so you’re going to have to provide your own refreshments).

If you are, or you know of, a busy professional who’s juggling multiple responsibilities, this course may be for you or for them. It’s designed to fit in with people’s hectic life and schedules, and provide simple, practical strategies for coping, learning to say no, knowing when to move on, and accepting the need for change. This might relate to a challenging professional context, managing work-life balance, or dealing with a complex personal situation. The course will give you a greater sense of perspective on how to balance your many responsibilities and find time to destress and rediscover what makes you tick again.

In four weeks you should see change in your ability to gain control over your situation, and you’ll leave with a framework to help anticipate challenge in the future and deal with it effectively. We meet weekly for just 30 minutes of focused input and a follow-up Q&A, and the very first group to sign up will get the course completely free. If this sounds like you, or someone you know, do click or share the link.
