Drawing on evidence-backed techniques, I will help you build the skills to tackle short term stress and long term challenge in a resilient and sustainable way. With simple, practical steps, this course is designed to fit into your hectic life and give you clear strategies for coping, setting priorities, and moving from constant stress and overwhelm to create a life that feels aligned and manageable again.

How does it work?

My four-week course is inspired by Western positive psychology, Eastern traditions of mindfulness and Ikigai, and some music psychology! I’ve designed the course to fit into your busy life and be highly flexible to enable everyone who needs it to access it. You will get plenty of tailored information to help you make positive change – but you also need to do a small amount of personal work during the four weeks in order to see the effects.

The next course will start on Monday 5 January 2026, and consists of:

– A weekly online session for four consecutive weeks – Mondays at 09:00 UTC / GMT, including 30 minutes of content followed by optional live discussion

– The opportunity to have your questions answered in bonus Q&A sessions on Thursdays at 17:00 UTC / GMT

– One hour of one-to-one coaching to be arranged in the final two weeks of the course, to focus on issues of your choosing relating to the course content

All group sessions will be recorded for those unable to attend live, and available for a month. All sessions take place on Zoom.
